Wills Heng is the Founder and Managing Director of PathSource Consulting, bringing over a decade of experience across executive search, specialist recruitment, recruitment leadership and talent strategy. His experience spans specialist, mid-senior and business-critical hiring across multiple industries.
Prior to founding PathSource, Wills achieved multiple Top Consultant awards and exceeded company targets by more than 1000%, before progressing into leadership where he managed and developed a team of recruitment consultants and led recruitment delivery across different hiring mandates.
Today, he works directly with companies hiring and expanding in Singapore through recruitment, payroll outsourcing, Employment Pass support and HR setup — combining practical hiring experience with a consultative, founder-led approach.
