PathSource Career Services, Resume Score and Talent Network

This Privacy Notice explains how PathSource Consulting Pte. Ltd. (“PathSource”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data submitted through https://resume.path-source.com, related forms, communications and career-service workflows.

1. Personal data we may collect

Identity and contact details, such as your name, email address, telephone number and location information you choose to provide.

Career information, including your resume/CV, employment history, education, skills, achievements, target roles, salary information where provided, and other job-search information.

Information you submit for a Resume Score, Resume Revamp, LinkedIn optimisation or related PathSource career service.

Communications with PathSource, including email, WhatsApp, form responses and consultation notes.

Payment and transaction information for paid services. Payment card or wallet credentials are processed by the relevant payment provider and are not intended to be stored by PathSource.

Technical and usage information generated when you interact with our website or forms, where applicable.

2. Why we collect, use and disclose personal data

To provide and administer the Resume Score and related career services you request.

To assess your resume against the role or career direction you identify, including through technology-enabled and AI-assisted workflows.

To communicate with you about your submission, report, service delivery, consultations, payments and support.

If you separately opt in to the PathSource Talent Network, to retain your profile and consider or contact you about relevant opportunities with PathSource clients.

If you separately opt in to career updates, to send useful career insights, events, resources and related communications.

To improve service quality, troubleshoot workflows, prevent misuse and maintain business records.

To comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements and legitimate business or legal obligations.

3. PathSource Talent Network

Joining the PathSource Talent Network is optional and does not affect your Resume Score. If you opt in, PathSource may retain your resume/profile and contact you if we are recruiting for a role that appears relevant to your experience and career interests. Joining the Talent Network does not guarantee an interview, job offer or placement.

4. Technology and service providers

PathSource may use third-party service providers to operate forms, automation, communications, file storage, AI-assisted assessment and payments. These providers may process personal data on our behalf. Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, PathSource will take reasonable steps required under applicable law to ensure a comparable standard of protection.

Examples of services used in the PathSource career-services workflow may include Tally, Make, OpenAI, Google services, MailerLite and HitPay. The exact tools may change as we improve our systems.

5. Consent and optional communications

Where consent is required, you may choose whether to provide it. Consent for the PathSource Talent Network and consent to receive career insights, events and resources are separate and optional. You may withdraw consent by contacting PathSource. Withdrawal will not affect actions already lawfully taken before the withdrawal is processed.

6. Retention

PathSource retains personal data only for as long as it is reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, for business or legal purposes, or while your Talent Network consent remains relevant. We may periodically ask you to update or reconfirm your profile. When retention is no longer necessary, we will cease retaining the data or remove the means by which it can be associated with you, where required.

7. Access and correction

You may contact PathSource to request access to or correction of personal data we hold about you, subject to applicable legal requirements and exceptions.

8. Security

PathSource uses reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
