PathSource Resume Revamp and Related Career Services

This Refund Policy applies to paid PathSource career services purchased through the PathSource Resume Service or otherwise confirmed in writing.

1. Before work has started

If you request cancellation before PathSource has begun substantive work on your paid service, you may request a refund. Any non-refundable third-party transaction or payment-processing charges that PathSource cannot recover may be deducted where lawful and applicable.

2. After work has started

Once substantive work has begun — for example, after PathSource has reviewed your materials for the paid engagement, carried out restructuring or rewriting, prepared a draft, or conducted a substantive service consultation — fees are generally non-refundable because professional time and work have already been committed.

3. If PathSource cannot deliver the agreed service

If PathSource is unable to deliver a material part of the paid service for reasons within our control, we will discuss an appropriate remedy, which may include completing the service, providing an alternative deliverable, or issuing a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.

4. Change of mind or employment outcome

Refunds are not provided solely because you change your mind after work has begun, decide not to use the completed materials, do not receive interview invitations, are not selected by an employer, or do not achieve a particular career or salary outcome.

5. Errors or service concerns

If you believe the delivered service materially differs from the agreed scope, contact PathSource promptly with the issue. We will first seek to correct or complete the work where reasonably possible.

6. Approved refunds

Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method where available. Processing times depend on the payment provider and your bank or wallet provider.

7. How to request a refund

Send your request with your name, payment reference, service purchased and reason for the request to: resume@path-source.com

8. Consumer rights

This Policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Singapore law.
