PathSource Resume Score and Career Services

These Terms & Conditions govern use of https://resume.path-source.com and the Resume Score, Resume Revamp, LinkedIn optimisation and related career services provided by PathSource Consulting Pte. Ltd.. By submitting information, requesting a service or making payment, you agree to the terms applicable to that service.

1. Resume Score

The Resume Score is an assessment designed to help you understand how clearly your experience, achievements and professional value may come across for a target role. It is built around recruiter assessment criteria and may use technology-enabled or AI-assisted processing.

The Resume Score is not a guarantee of ATS performance, interview selection, employment, salary outcome or job placement. Recruitment decisions are made independently by employers and may depend on factors beyond your resume.

2. Accuracy of information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. PathSource may hold or decline an assessment where information is unclear, incomplete, inconsistent, inaccessible or unsuitable for reliable review.

3. Paid career services

If you choose a paid Resume Revamp, LinkedIn optimisation or related service, the scope, price and deliverables shown at the time of purchase or confirmed in writing will apply. Current promotional or launch pricing may change or end without affecting services already paid for.

4. Client cooperation

You agree to provide information reasonably required to complete the service and to review drafts or requests for clarification within a reasonable period. Delays in providing information may affect delivery timing.

5. Career and recruitment outcomes

PathSource does not guarantee that any resume, LinkedIn profile, consultation, Talent Network membership or recruitment introduction will result in an interview, job offer, placement, promotion, salary increase or other employment outcome.

6. PathSource Talent Network

If you separately opt in, PathSource may keep your profile on file and contact you about relevant opportunities with PathSource clients. Talent Network participation is optional and may be withdrawn. PathSource decides which profiles may be relevant to a particular search and is not required to submit or introduce any profile to a client.

7. Intellectual property and permitted use

Materials created specifically for you as part of a paid career service may be used by you for your own career and job-search purposes once the applicable fees are paid. PathSource retains ownership of its underlying frameworks, templates, assessment methods, prompts, processes, training materials and other pre-existing intellectual property.

8. Third-party services

Our website and workflows may use third-party platforms for forms, communications, automation, file storage, AI-assisted processing and payments. PathSource is not responsible for outages or failures caused solely by third-party platforms outside our reasonable control, although we will take reasonable steps to support affected users.

9. Payments

Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring payment details are accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

10. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the separate PathSource Refund Policy published on our website and applicable at the time of purchase.

11. Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, PathSource is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from career decisions, employer decisions, third-party platform failures or use of the Resume Score or career-service materials. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts, unless the parties agree to another lawful dispute-resolution process.
